Ingredients:
- 1 box Jiffy
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 Cup Sour cream
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix all together, adding the sour cream last.
- Pour in 1-1/2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
- Bake for 35-40 minutes. Check to make sure the center is firm.
